• Thai verbs don’t conjugate, so tense is shown using context or helper words:

  • แล้ว (lɛ́ɛo) = already
  • กำลัง (gam-lang) = currently
  • จะ (jà) = will

• Politeness matters in Thai workplaces. Use:

  • ครับ (khráp) if you’re male
  • ค่ะ (khá) if you’re female
